We'll be there just after harvest, when wineries are busy with fermentation, vineyards begin their fall colors, and the energy of a new vintage fills the cellars. Together, we'll discover exceptional family-owned wineries, meet local artisan producers, enjoy educational wine experiences, and explore one of the West Coast's most beautiful—and still largely undiscovered—wine regions. With small group travel limited to just eight guests, you'll enjoy behind-the-scenes access and authentic experiences that you simply won't find on a typical wine tour. The itinerary below may be adjusted slightly based on winery availability, guest lodging locations, and other logistics. Day 1 Meet in Medford for a welcome wine tasting with views of Mount McLoughlin before visiting the renowned Rogue Creamery for a behind-the-scenes look at its award-winning blue cheese production. After lunch, enjoy an educational tasting focused on biodynamic winegrowing at one of the Rogue Valley's leading wineries. Day 2 Follow the scenic Applegate River through one of Southern Oregon's most beautiful wine-growing areas. Visit Oregon's only winery and creamery on the same property, then take part in an educational tasting exploring vineyard grafting, grape varieties, and clones best suited to the Rogue Valley's diverse climate. End the day with a visit to a local craft cidery. Day 3 Enjoy brunch overlooking the Applegate River before visiting a winery specializing in Bordeaux varieties, where you'll taste wines while experiencing the excitement of harvest and fermentation. Finish the trip with an exclusive visit to a small, high-quality winery that opens its doors exclusively for our group.
