A Festive Wine and Culture Experience in Alsace

November 23 - November 30, 2026

$7,700 per person*

Join me this November for an unforgettable journey through Alsace, where the magic of Christmas transforms the region into a dazzling winter wonderland. From the grand markets of Strasbourg to the charming streets of Colmar, you’ll experience the warmth of Alsatian hospitality, illuminated villages, and festive traditions. This is the best time of year to immerse yourself in French culture, as Christmas is one of the most cherished holidays, celebrated with food, wine, and joy.

Alsace’s unique blend of French and German heritage is reflected in its architecture, cuisine, and winemaking. Nestled between the Vosges Mountains and the Rhine, this sun-kissed wine region boasts world-class Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, and sparkling Crémants that rival Champagne. As your guide, I’ll take you through picturesque towns from North to South, with a chauffeur ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience.

We’ll explore small, family-run wineries nestled in prestigious Grand Cru vineyards, stepping into centuries-old cellars to uncover the stories behind each bottle. Savor Alsace’s culinary treasures, from tarte flambée and buttery pretzels to spiced pain d’épices and artisan cheeses, enjoyed in cozy winstubs or traditional restaurants. Along the journey, we’ll meander through rolling vineyards, uncover medieval castles, and delve into WWII historical sites that bring the region’s fascinating history to life.

Carefully selected accommodations will immerse you in Alsace’s culture, offering a chance to connect with locals and embrace the festive spirit. Whether strolling through half-timbered villages, sipping mulled wine, or marveling at handcrafted holiday treasures, this tour is a perfect blend of wine, history, and Christmas magic.

Burgundy

Burgundy: Where Terroir Meets Tradition

April 25 – May 2, 2027

$7,750 per person*

I’ve traveled to Burgundy many times over the years, building lasting friendships with winemakers and learning directly from the people who live in this region. Much of what I practiced as a sommelier and winery co-owner was shaped by those experiences. Burgundy is truly where Pinot Noir and Chardonnay reach their most profound expression, and I can’t wait to share it with you.

Over seven days, we’ll journey through rolling vineyards from the chalky slopes of Chablis through the prestigious Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, continuing south to the Côte Chalonnaise and the Mâconnais. Along the way, you’ll naturally become versed in the language of Burgundy – understanding climats, learning the difference between village and cru appellations, and discovering what makes certain wines so iconic. What may once have seemed like a complicated region to decipher will soon feel second nature.

Our days will be filled with extraordinary wine experiences – tastings in legendary villages such as Vosne-Romanee and Chassagne-Montrachet, along with visits to hidden gems where small, family-run domaines showcase the soulful side of Burgundy. We’ll also take leisurely walk past some of the most celebrated vineyards in the world, including La Tache, Richebourg, and Echezeaux.

Burgundy is not only about vineyards. It’s a region shaped by history, food, and a deep respect for craft. We’ll sit down to appreciate Burgundian meals—local cheeses, jambon persillé, seasonal dishes paired thoughtfully with the wines of the area. Time spent with cheesemakers, coopers, and other artisans reflects the same rigor and commitment to quality you taste in the glass. Along the way, we’ll walk through historic towns and landmarks that give context to everything we experience.

Our accommodations are selected with intention—comfortable, well located, and rooted in the character of the region. The rhythm of each day is thoughtful and balanced: serious tastings, meaningful conversations with winemakers, unhurried meals, and time to walk the old streets that remind you how deeply history runs here.

This is more than a wine trip – it’s an intimate experience of Burgundy’s soul, history, and beauty. Come with me and discover why this region continues to inspire passion in wine lovers across the globe.

Loire Valley

From Muscadet to Touraine – Discovering the Heart of the Loire

May 18 - May 25, 2027

$6450 per person*

Join me this spring for an unforgettable journey through the Loire Valley—the place I proudly call home. Known as the Garden of France, this region is celebrated for its Renaissance châteaux, world-class wines, and a gastronomy deeply rooted in history and culture. When spring arrives, the countryside comes alive—gardens in bloom, rivers shimmering in the light, and villages that invite you to slow down and wander.

From sparkling Crémants and crisp, mineral-driven whites to elegant sweet wines, vibrant rosés, and structured reds, the Loire’s diversity is extraordinary. No other region delivers this range of styles with such personality. Together, we’ll taste through appellations like Muscadet, Savennières, Bonnezeaux, Chinon, Bourgueil, Saumur, Montlouis, and Vouvray—just to name a few—meeting passionate winemakers and exploring both iconic and lesser-known grapes, from Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc to local treasures like Grolleau. Every glass reflects terroir, tradition, and the unmistakable character of the Loire.

But wine is only the beginning. Here, culture, history, and food are inseparable. The Loire Valley feels like a living museum, where châteaux such as Chenonceau, Chambord, and Azay-le-Rideau rise above rivers and manicured gardens. We’ll wander through the famed gardens of Villandry, step inside the elegant Château de Chenonceau, explore troglodyte caves carved into limestone where mushrooms still grow, and spend time with a local chef, cheesemaker, and fisherman—including a glide along the royal river to understand why fish is central to the Loire’s identity.

Carefully chosen historic demeures will immerse you in the Loire’s rhythm, allowing you to truly live the region like a local. We’ll take the smaller roads, stroll cobblestone streets, discover villages officially recognized among the most beautiful in France, linger over sunsets along the Loire and its tributaries, and trace the footsteps of Leonardo da Vinci. This journey blends wine, food, history, and springtime beauty into a rich and unforgettable adventure.

Come with me and experience the Loire Valley as only a local can show you.
