Be Kind & Courteous. We encourage open discussions, including differing opinions, but mutual respect is key. Rude, snarky, or aggressive comments—including name-calling, excessive profanity, or personal attacks—will not be tolerated. Such posts may be removed without warning.

Stay on Topic. Our conversations center around wine, food, and travel—a broad and exciting space! However, posts or discussions unrelated to these themes will be removed. Repeated off-topic posts may result in removal from the group.

No Party Politics. While cultural discussions are welcome, posts or comments that introduce party politics should be refrained from and may be deleted without notice.

Self-Promotion & Live Streaming. Promotional posts and live streaming require prior approval. Unauthorized promotional content will be removed.

No Business Profiles or Pages. To maintain an authentic, peer-focused environment, we do not approve business pages as group members. Please join using your personal profile.
Expectations for Group Travel
Our style of travel is immersive, adventurous, and designed for those who want to fully experience the culture, food, and wine of each destination. We offer a high level of customer service, but flexibility and an open mind are essential.
By joining a Vin-Voyages trip, you agree to the following:

• Be open-minded, curious, and eager to embrace the moment.
• Enjoy stepping outside your comfort zone, trying new things, and exploring cultures different from your own.
• Read the full itinerary and understand what to expect.
• Acknowledge that cultural differences exist and embrace them with patience—whether it’s a leisurely meal service or a different way of doing things.
• Understand that last-minute changes to the itinerary or accommodations may occur, and trust that Vin-Voyages will communicate them whenever possible.
• Recognize that travel comes with unpredictability—delayed flights, unexpected weather, etc.—and be ready to roll with it. Sometimes, the best memories come from surprises!
• Feel free to opt out of any activities at any time but communicate with the guide when doing so.
• If any concerns arise during the trip, bring them to the guide’s attention so they can be addressed.
• Welcome fellow travelers from all walks of life, embracing inclusivity and shared experiences.
• Be excited to connect with like-minded adventurers, support one another, and create unforgettable memories together.
