April 25 to May 2, 2027 7 days / 7 nights $7,750 per person double occupancy. Single supplement $800. Limited to 8 persons. What’s included: - 7-night accommodation - 7 breakfasts, 6 lunches, 4 dinners - 1 glass of wine with lunch - 2 glasses of wine with dinner - Transportation for scheduled day trips - Wine tasting fees - All entry/participation fees for activities mentioned in the itinerary Not included: - International airfare to/from France - Transportation from the starting/ending meeting location - Travel insurance - Personal expenses - Anything not mentioned in the itinerary Day One: Arrival in Burgundy Your chauffeur meets you in Dijon as we drive to Beaune, stopping to walk legendary vineyards and enjoy a tasting that introduces the essentials of Burgundy wines. Meals included: Lunch and Dinner. Day Two: Pinot Noir Focus Enjoy a free morning to explore Beaune at your own pace before we dedicate the day to Pinot Noir. We begin with a tasting lunch in the Côte de Beaune, followed by visits to two small producers in the Côte de Nuits. Meals included: Breakfast and Lunch. Day Three: Mâconnais & Roche de Solutré Today we head south to visit producers in the Mâconnais, where Chardonnay shows a different, more generous expression. We’ll also hike the nearby Roche de Solutré for a clear, sweeping view over the vineyards. Meals included: Breakfast and Lunch. Day Four: A Slower Pace in Beaune This day is intentionally unstructured, giving you time to explore Beaune at your own rhythm. We’ll regroup in the evening for dinner together in town. Meals included: Breakfast and Dinner. Day Five: Côte de Beaune Focus We focus on the Côte de Beaune, visiting producers in Meursault, Chassagne, and the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune for an in-depth look at Chardonnay and the region’s quieter corners. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Day Six: Côte de Nuits & Barrel Seminar We start with a hands-on cooperage seminar, learning why barrels are essential to Burgundy wines, then walk among the legendary vineyards of Vosne-Romanée, Clos de Vougeot, La Tâche, and Richebourg, enjoying at least one memorable tasting. Meals included: Breakfast and Lunch. Day Seven: Chablis & Its Limestone Roots We head to Chablis to explore its mineral-driven Chardonnay, visiting several producers, including a friend who will lead a private seminar on the vineyards and winemaking. The day ends in Dijon with a farewell dinner. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
