Meals included: Lunch. Day 2: A Taste of Alsace & Its Rich Heritage After a slow morning, we dive into Alsace’s history at the Alsace-Moselle Memorial, taste Pinot Noir in Ottrot, and share a cozy dinner at a local winstub. Meals included: Breakfast and Dinner. Day 3: Bas-Rhin Wines & Medieval Alsace Focus on Bas-Rhin wines with visits to several small family producers, the discovery of a lesser-known Alsatian varietal, and a stop at the medieval Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg for a dose of history. Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Day 4: Haut-Rhin Terroirs & Crémant d’Alsace A focused exploration of Haut-Rhin wines and Crémant d’Alsace through visits with quality-driven producers, followed by an afternoon wandering the medieval village of Riquewihr. Meals included: Breakfast and Lunch. Day 5: Munster, Eaux-de-Vie & the Spirit of Alsace A hands-on look at Munster cheese and traditional eaux-de-vie through visits to their production sites, followed by time in Kaysersberg—my favorite village—to experience the charm that makes this region unforgettable. Meals included: Breakfast and Dinner. Day 6: Grand Cru Tasting, Scenic Villages & Colmar’s Festive Glow We stroll through Eguisheim and Rouffach for wine tastings, then spend the afternoon discovering Colmar’s architectural gems and festive holiday spirit. Meals included: Breakfast and Lunch. Day 7: Colmar’s Charms & Strasbourg’s Christmas Magic Enjoy a relaxed morning in Colmar before heading to Strasbourg for a magical farewell evening at the Christmas market. Meals included: Breakfast and Dinner.
